Restaurant
Il Mirto is the tale of the Salentinian landscape.
At the heart of ALTAIR, a climbing ficus tree embraces the buildings white exterior with its soft contrasting natural shapes.
The nature from the tree and light from the sun enter the restaurant through the large windows, creating a harmonious dialogue between the outdoor garden and the interiors.
The warm hospitality of Il Mirto combines the taste and the pleasure of being at the table from the first light of the morning until the evening with a setting under the stars.
Mediterranean cuisine
The cuisine is inspired by Salento, with simple dishes born from the use of selected raw ingredients, respecting nature, seasonality and biodiversity.
The typical seafood specialties are prepared with passion by our Chef to offer an all-round fresh Apulian experience.
We use genuine raw ingredients linked to the territory, we prefer simple processing and we love celebrating true flavours.

CHEF
Lorem Ipsum is simply dummy text of the printing and typesetting industry. Lorem Ipsum has been the industry’s standard dummy text ever since the 1500s, when an unknown printer took a galley of type and scrambled it to make a type specimen book. It has survived not only five centuries, but also the leap into electronic typesetting, remaining essentially unchanged. It was popularised in the 1960s with the release of Letraset sheets containing Lorem Ipsum passages, and more recently with desktop publishing software like Aldus PageMaker including versions of Lorem Ipsum.
